For email: you'll need to add a forwarding rule in your email settings. We'll show you exact instructions for Gmail, Outlook, or whatever you use.
You land in your dashboard at contactreply.app. Your answering service starts handling texts, emails, and web chats straight away. Review and approve replies from the dashboard (or your phone) — and jump in yourself whenever you want.
