Fill in a short setup wizard

After you subscribe, you'll go straight into a browser wizard. Tell us your business name, your hours, which channels you want covered (SMS, email, web chat), and the questions customers ask most often. About 5 minutes.

We provision everything while you're still in the wizard

As soon as you save step 1, we buy your business SMS number, generate a voicemail greeting in your business name, and get email forwarding ready. By the time you finish the wizard, the widget code is ready to paste into your website and your number is live.

For email: you'll need to add a forwarding rule in your email settings. We'll show you exact instructions for Gmail, Outlook, or whatever you use.
